• Jetpack and evolve theme somehow don’t like each other. Now I messed up things a bit so my site doesn’t show up correctly while Jetpack is enabled (especially when the advanced widget option is active).

    Now I’d like to know how to get back to defaults with this plugin to see if it solves my headache.

    Yes sure. The result is that as soon as WP External Links is deactivated, the customizer does load properly.

    Ok. So it seems to be a conflict between WP External Links and Jetpack on your site, and a conflict between Evolve and WP External Links on my own site.

    Since WP External Links is the common denominator here, it might be worth trying to play with the options in the WP External Links menu, and see if a particular option seems to solve the issue.

    Let me know how it goes.
