How to put script in cookie code

    I am confused as to how to prevent my cookies from loading in the short-code [cookie]..[/cookie]. What do I put in between the brackets to stop YouTube, Gooogle Analytics and Youtube from loading? Can’t use the Auto Block because then my slide won’t work.
