How to integrate Our SMS API

    I have SMS api code script which is provided by SMS providing company but I didn’t know how to integrate them with your plugin. Kindly let me know where I can add this. Purpose of this notify using SMS when someone create a ticket.

    Hello:

    I’m not sure how to answer your question since you’re asking about a random script that we’ve never seen before or know anything about.

    We don’t know what the script does, how it does it, what kinds of integration points it offers, how much documentation comes with it, if its compatible with WordPress, what language its written in etc.

    We also don’t know what functionality you want it to perform inside of Awesome support or what workflows you want it to support, which screens it needs to touch or interface with etc.

    Basically, in order to effectively answer this question we would need a lot more information about this project.

    I have a support form. Script is in Php which will send SMS notification to both admin as well as support user.
    Currently we are using http://osticket.com/ support system and its working fine with this.
    This is the gateway provider https://www.clickatell.com/ you can look for further clarification.
