How to download complete backup?

You can also submit a support ticket. I didn’t see one for this email address so wasn’t sure if I had any additional information yet for you.

All requests may be submitted using the WP BackItUp Support Portal. If you are a customer with an active license then you may login to the portal using your email address and the password you were sent after your purchase. Once logged in you be able to create tickets, check ticket status, upload files and even send additional information. Lite customers will not be able to login but may submit tickets.

I’m glad you are able to use the plugin. We are currently working on a feature to download one backup set in one click, we will definitely send you a message as soon as it is ready.
