i am sorry not able to understand kindly can you let us step by step please its a request i am new to wordpress and i cant afford developer.

Hi,

If you are new to WordPress I suggest reading/watching http://www.webmandesign.eu/manual/receptar/#wordpress

To resolve the issue you need to install and activate a Jetpack plugin first. https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/

Than go to Appearance > Customize > Site Title, Tagline and Logo and set up your logo image. Just like according to instructions at http://jetpack.me/support/site-logo/
