    I’m trying to get this set up. What I’m trying to do is basically have product A and if someone purchases it, they can add product B (specific product) as a gift. I’ve set up the Gift Category but where do I choose which product I want to have as the gift?

    I’ve marked the product as giftable, set up the gift category but when I add the free gift to cart it’s still showing the price of both.

    Hi @disturbedpl, you should read FAQ section and follow it, after that:

    1. You should have slider with gifts (only on Cart page)
    -we do not support other places, checkout etc, so you need to check your theme, is it using cart or maybe its auto redirecting to checkout page.

    2. Check other theme (StoreFront theme) and see is it working
    *sometimes issue is with custom theme, or auto add to cart plugins – we dont support that

    The slider is showing but when I add the gift to the cart it still calculates the price of both products, it doesn’t make the gift product free.

    As you can see the subtotal is 309 not 189 as it should be, the second product that’s usually 119 should be free in this deal.

    Those buttons for add to cart and choose options like on the screenshot you sent are not showing

    The button shows with Storefront but Flatsome is the most popular theme on Woocommerce, it should be working with it. I cannot use Storefront, it is terrible.

    Hi @disturbedpl, you can talk with your developer and they can make it work with flatsome theme, as a free plugin we cant support every possible theme.

    – Try to inspect that gift slider – maybe button is just hidden with CSS
