How do I completely remove this plugin and all effects?

    Hi, when I installed this plugin, my site opens faster, but all my pictures dissapeared from google index. I deleted this plugin but it seems that lazy load effect still stays there, pictures did not return to index. How do I COMPLETELY remove all lazy load effect from my site?
