How can I add embed.ly for comment section?

Hy!
I would like to add this plugin for comment section.
So when user pasted a link in to the comment form, the script do something that link to be expandend, like facebook.
And I have a specifick quest!
The indavideo.hu has oembed suport, but not relay work with embed.ly, becouse this just get back the video deatels, not the video.
Please help me out slove this two problem.
