Hook mistake

Hey there.

I think you committed a little mistake in the modules-info.php file, see:

add_action( ‘jetpack_module_more_info_connected_related-posts’, ‘vaultpress_jetpack_more_info_connected’ );

vaultpress_jetpack_more_info_connected function does not exist and I think you mean jetpack_related_posts_more_info_connected, becuase it’s not called anywhere in the plugin.
