• How do I prevent people from seeing the source code on my sites?

Can someone provide the right script

      AND

explain exactly where to cut and paste it?

All help will be truly appreciated.

Another option is to totally lock down the site so no one can copy anything. (page by page would be nice on this, so I can leave the blog page free for comments by visitors)

    Please advise
    Neil

BTW – I am on a motorcycle forum that provides technical assistance or other advice re: motorcycles, and this group here (WP support) is the fastest responders I have every encountered. Thanks again. I guess I’ll have to suck it up and move on.

LOL – you DID get an outpouring of immediate “support”! Sorry it wasn’t what you wanted to hear, but like you said, you did learn something :)!

Please don’t advertise your website on WordPress.org forums.

And copyright’s not that expensive. I have a colleague that prints off her websites and sends the package to get copyrighted, something like a $30 fee.

That doesn’t mean anything unless the copyright owner can then pursue any infringements in the courts. That’s where the real cost of maintaining copyright kicks in.

copyright infringement chasing can be very expensive
