yes I do… if i’m not logged in and fill in all the fields en check the captcha then it send it, but if i logged in and try again but then without the captcha, there is an error with the validation…

The script does not recognize the code whatever is normal, because there is no code to fill in when i’m logged in with my account. Do you understand the problem?
I believe you’re using this one: http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-bwp-recaptcha-extension/ and not the original BWP reCAPTCHA?

I’m using:
1) Contact Form 7 version: 3.6
2) Better WordPress reCAPTCHA version: 1.0.2
3) Contact Form 7 BWP reCAPTCHA Extension version: 0.8
Hi can you recheck the issue with latest BWP reCAPTCHA? Make sure that you disable the Extension plugin and follow steps given here: http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/how-to-add-bwp-recaptcha-to-contact-form-7/
