hidden fields not updating

Hi I want to hide the address field for clients, wrote a thread earlier at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-fields-for-contacts/

I’ve tried the solution suggested:

1. Go to Jetpack CRM → CRM Settings → Client Portal
2. Find the ‘Fields to hide on Portal’ section
3. Entered ‘addresses’ (field name as shown in the ‘field sort’ page)
4. Save Settings
5. Preview Portal

But then the portal still shows the address. It also does not show the email and status even though I’ve removed those fields from the hide list so perhaps my client portal isn’t updating. Do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

P.S. Changing the language did fix the addresses format for clients – thank you!
