You can follow the instructions here to transfer your subscribers from one site to the other:
    http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/

Media photos, on the other hand, should have been exported along with your site when you used WordPress’ built-in Export and Import tools to move your content. If some of your images were not transferred properly, I’m afraid you’ll need to transfer them manually. If you’re having trouble with all images, it might be worth deleting the content from your new site, and running the export / import again. If you do so, you’ll want to make sure that you check the option to import media when importing the posts.

If you’d like to transfer your stats as well, could you send us an email via this form?

Once we can confirm that you’re the site owner, we can take care of the transfer for you.

    Thanks, Jeremy!

I finally figured out how to move my followers before seeing this, but thank you!

I have tried to import/export my media files without any luck. I really don’t want to have to re-run the export/import procedure again (had enough problems last time haha).

Thanks for the link to transfer stats. However, there is one more thing I need help with – my Facebook shares are not showing on the posts although I know many people have shared them through Facebook itself. One particular link that has been shared several times is:

Thanks for your help – it is greatly appreciated!

I see 25 Facebook Shares for that post at the moment:
    http://i.wpne.ws/eUqC

That seems to match the results returned by Facebook’s API:
    https://api.facebook.com/restserver.php?method=links.getStats&urls=http://www.theculinaryjumble.com/2016/01/05/kladdkaka-with-a-fudge-topping/

If you still don’t see any Facebook Shares on your end, I’d recommend deactivating any browser extension, ad blocker, or privacy setting that may restrict your access to tracking resources and other elements from Facebook.

    I hope this helps.

P.S.: and now I’m really hungry. That’s a great site (and a great post) you have there! 😊🍰

Aw, thank you – always glad that my recipes are appreciated! haha

I don’t think I have any of those on the blog. It is so strange because I had no problem whatsoever with the share count before I migrated. Now the shares seem very sporadic but the problem is of course that I can’t prove that the posts are being shared on Facebook, I can only go by what has happened historically and knowing how well they are being shared elsewhere.

I think I might just have to chalk it up to one of those things! Thanks for your help, I appreciate it! 🙂

These tools would be installed on your computer, in your browser. It might be worth trying to access your site using a different browser, and see what happens. If the counts appear when you use another browser, you’ll know that the problem comes from one of your browser extensions, or from the browser itself.
