Help please reading a debug.log

This site has been running wp for years without problem.
Then this year we have added wooCommerce – and are having problems since then, including error500s.
However, our host is undergoing problems at the moment, and its difficult to separate their issues and ours.

I changed the wp_config file to WP_DEBUG : true
but I’m having trouble identifing critical problems.
Could someone read the file for me.
nb All active plugins are up-to-date, some are install but not active, and the theme ‘Shuttle Business’ is old (but the site’s owners like it).
