Help–Coding is Suddenly Visible on Site!

    Everything was fine until I went to my site the other day and noticed some Jscript (I think?) code showing on both the top and bottom of every page of my site. I am NOT technical in the least and have NO idea when or how this happened. Can someone explain specifically where/how to remove this? Site seems to function fine. Again, I don’t know ANY coding and don’t even know the function of the code in question. I’m afraid to mess something up by trying to figure this out, but again I am clueless so am looking for detailed, specific instructions on how to fix this. Thank you!

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
