Gutenberg is gone

Upon editing the mentioned page i get an error message:
“Je site ondersteunt het “chatty-mango/tag-groups-tag-list” blok niet. Je kunt het laten zoals het is of het verwijderen.” Translated: Your site does not support the … block. Leave it this way or remove it”

I used the debug mode but there are no messages. In the health check I started problem solving with the health app. Still the error. I tried Query Monitor but no messages concerning the app is given.
I can not find if another plugin is interacting with yours. Tried disabling a bunch of plugins without result.
