GTMetrix Remove Query Strings from static resources

Good day,

I have a question regarding some results I found on GTMetrix.com.

There are a few plugins and my theme that are pulling some negative responses, but with regards to the WP-User Frontend plugin, here is one of the things it is bringing up that I don’t understand too well and I hope you can help me with it.

Resources with a “?” in the URL are not cached by some proxy caching servers. Remove the query string and encode the parameters into the URL for the following resources:

I understand what it says, but am not sure this is something I would be able to do since this is coming from your plugin, but please, correct me if I am wrong and let me know what I can do to correct this so I can improve performance on my site.
