Great Support and Great Chat Software

I can honestly say that I went through every chatroom software I could find over the last several years and finally decided to use this one. I’ve have nothing but great support with FlyZoo and a very easy installation.

Other softwares that you had to buy were much harder to install and many still required a small monthly fee. They didn’t do much more then FlyZoo does and it’s free to install with the same small monthly fee.

Today I had a problem with the avatars not showing up. I have the s2member plugin installed, swift security plugin to stop the brute force attacks, wpForo Forum plugin, Users Ultra Lite plugin… in total I have 38 active plugins.

That’s a lot of possible conflicts between them and I must have had some conflict for the Avatars not to show up. So I contacted support as FlyZoo to see if they could fix it. They were fast to respond and finally figured out the problem.

The only solution was a manual fix by adding some additional code into the FlyZoo plugin to tell it where the images were located at. They fixed this for me for NOTHING. How can you beat that? Most companies would tell me it’s not on their end and would charge me to fix it. But not FlyZoo.

I can’t say enough good about them… great support, great software, and all at a great price.
