Great plugin, thoughtful support!

I recently downloaded the Edwiser plugin, and purchased the bundle package of add-ons to better integrate my Moodle installation. When it comes to getting two distinct platforms (WordPress and Moodle) to work together, there are several methodical, detail-oriented steps that must be followed. Edwiser’s documentation was really clear, and directed every step quite well. At one point, I must have downloaded the wrong file, and hopped on the support chat on edwiser.org, and received help within about 24 hours (their support team is halfway across the world). Not only was the support clear and direct, they were generously helpful and kept inviting me to ask further questions. I now have an integrated solution, and after 4 years of frustration with different systems, I am now running a more efficient workflow that will tremendous staff time and headaches in tracking and manually synthesizing information.
