Great plugin, great support

Downloaded the free version of the plugin and it was great. Really good importer with mapping to custom fields etc. Just the job.

Really wanted the ability to save templates though – so that the client in the ‘end use’ of the site wouldn’t have to match fields each time (we were uploading over 40 fields). So, templates come with the pro version, which I purchased.

I had a couple of issues getting the plugin activated – but the support was awesome. Resolved the problem simply and effectively; within a couple of hours of me registering the support request, they got it up and running no fuss, no mess. It’s not a cheap plugin – but it’s worth every penny if you have a lot of custom posts, or other content, to upload.
