Great plugin

I had no reviews on my site, because of course people are not likely to come back on their own to leave a review. So I installed this plugin, which is working great! It sends people a reminder, and while not everyone responds, at least some do, so I now have reviews on my site! Also support is excellent. I had a question about customizing the Q&A emails, they said it would be in the next release of the plugin, and a couple days later – there it was! Thank you for the great plugin.
