Great Customer Support

I have been building a new website for a customer who previously used WP Google Maps on their old website. When it came to installing the plugin on the new site I needed to add the Pro add-on which the customer had previously bought about 3 years ago. They couldn’t supply me with the details or file to upload the Pro add-on so I reached out to WP Google Maps and asked if they could help.

Initially, Nick dealt with my query and asked for some information which I got from the customer and sent over to him. Then Andrew took over, located the customer’s original purchase and sent me the files for the add-on.

This all took approximately 3 days from start to finish which by normal developer standards is absolutely brilliant as I have tried this route with other plugin developers in the past to little or no avail.

Very professional company and a pleasure to deal with, I will definitely use their plugin and add-ons on any future sites I build! Thanks guys!!
