    I am trying to setup the google site kit, but i am running into a error

    Thanks for reaching out @sanderdeking. Based on the error you’re facing we can try a few different troubleshooting steps separate to that which you’ve already performed. Given the same occurs with all other plugins deactivated, please share the following:

    1. Do you see any invalid XHR responses on the screen where you encounter this error? If so please share them using the same form previously used, and not publicly here in the forums.
    2. Were you able to set Site Kit up on this site previously, without issue?
    3. Do you have any Firewall or mode security active at host level that you may be aware of, or do you have any other sites on the same hosting plan from where we can check for any Site Kit connection issue?

    Once we have the above I can provide the most suitable troubleshooting suggestions, which may involve using third party plugins to check network requests or running some cURL commands at host level.
