    Looks like your site is having a technical issue with requesting data from Google services.
    To get more help, ask a question on our support forum and include the text of the original error message:
    google_api_connection_fail

    The request to the authentication proxy has failed with an error: request_failed Get help.

    Hello @eletrebi, thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like there is something either at host level or with your plugin environment blocking communication between your site and the Site Kit service. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. 
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
    3. Have you been able to set up Site Kit on this site previously, or on any other sites on the same hosting platform?

    Once we have the above we can advise on this further. Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
