    Hi there,
    I have mapped the shipping attribute as per your prior support entry:

    I have set up 3 Zones UK, Europe and International: https://imgur.com/a/mEG0caV
    However, in the feed I am getting just UK and just one of the Euro Zone countries (CH) as the Shipping countries…

    <g:shipping>
    <g:country>GB</g:country>
    <g:service>United Kingdom (UK) 2-3 working days GB</g:service>
    <g:price> GBP 3.50 </g:price>
    </g:shipping>
    <g:shipping>
    <g:country>CH</g:country>
    <g:service>Europe 2-4 Working Days | Tracked CH</g:service>
    <g:price> GBP 7.50</g:price>
    </g:shipping>

    I’d like it to show either all the countries we ship to or just UK.
    Is there anything I can do to correct this?

    Many thanks

  • The plugin should be getting the correct shipping settings from WooCommerce. Are you sure all the zones you need are also enabled for all products you want to put in the feed?

    Hi,

    Can you advise where I can check this. I have checked the product pages and shipping pages and there isn’t anything obvious that says you can assign zones to products or vice-versa.

    FYI I have flat rate shipping applied for all zones

    Hi,

    We have pushed out several releases last week that fixed shipping issues.
    Could you update to the latest version of the plugin and give it another try?

    All the best,
    Eva
