Hope you’re doing well!
The Forminator is integrated with the Google Sheets, I am afraid it is not integrated with the Google Docs. You can enable this integration from Forminator > Integrations. Please see this screenshot:

After the integration will be enabled, edit the form, go to Integration tab and add the Google Sheets integration. Please see this screenshot:
