    Hi. I have installed the free version of the plugin and followed the configuration steps but Google Analytics (GA) is not receiving any data from the plugin. I would appreciate your advise for solving this issue. Thanks and Regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of the store & fond that your store is having a child theme & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.
