Google Ads Enhanced Conversions Setup Question

Hi,
I’ve been looking into setting up enhanced conversions with our woo commerce website.
I’ve been mapping this data in GTM, but in the conversion tracking tag setup, under “include user-provided data from your website”, GTM wants “Region” data, i.e. the customer’s state (to my understanding), in the data set, as a required field. It also seems like this is the only field that is not in the woo commerce data layer.
Is there a way to add this field in wc so I can give GTM the full data set it needs to begin matching?
