Good support

I’m not usually write any reviews, but since the support team helped me so much, they deserve a great review with a full 5 stars. The plugin wasn’t working properly on one of my 3 websites, even though it was working fine on the other websites on the same server. After giving Eugene from Cleantalk access to the WordPress admin backoffice and FTP, they discovered that the memory limit was set too low. It needs to be at least 256MB, and mine was set to 128MB.

I increased this to 368 MB, and everything is working great. I’m very satisfied with both the support and the tools. Keep up the good work, I’d say.
