Good plugin and superb support

I have been using this plugin happily for 2 years, and I find it powerful yet relatively easy to use. But when Google sent me an incomprehensible email saying I had to migrate something, I needed help and so to put WP Go Maps support to the test. I am delighted to report that, consistent with other reviews, a real person – Matthew – got back to me within hours despite my not flagging the ticket as desperately urgent. Furthermore, they had already solved the problem. If only all tech support was like this!
