Good plugin and good support but missing language feature

I first installed the free version but I was not happy with the design. That’s why I bought the premium version. Not for the additional design templates (because they also do not fit into the design of my website) but for the possibility to create my own template. At the end I had one issue that the distance of the category title and the first question was too big. I tried all the margin and padding parameters without success. I send a mail to web-dorado and received an answer within a day. I had to enter a negative value for the margin! That solved my issue.
The only missing feature I found so far is the lack of language support. I had to use a dirty trick (different category names for english and german) in order to separate the languages.
