Good features, bad back end

    This plugin had a lot of great features… when it worked. But it was constantly breaking. It took so much maintenance and had so many problems that it wasn’t even worth using. We were lucky if it worked properly. Try a different free chat plugin- I am trying tawk to tawk next instead of tidio.
