Hi.
I’ve a category for user submit posts, so coordinates are stored in a custom field.

I’d likr to display a global map just only for that category, reading custom field in all category posts and display them with markers.

Is this possible?

You can use the “Copy Geodata Meta Fields” setting to copy location from the standard Geodata meta fields:

And you can display a global map for a category with the map_cat parameter:

[geo_mashup_map map_content=”global” map_cat=”3″]
