Gift still working with discount

Hi,

Great plugin! Only i’ve found 1 bug; when setting the rules at €25 for minimum spending, all works great. But when I apply an discount code and the subtotal will be below €25, the free gift module is still working, even the discount is 90% and the subtotal is only €1,-.

Can you update this so discount codes will be included the subtotal price calculation?
