    got it! the draft was accessible from the frontend, for some reason. From there I was able to go to the edit screen and close/delete the ticket from there.

    Hi:

    Thanks for letting us know you found a solution. Though, you really shouldn’t have ‘draft’ tickets. Those are generally created by other plugins or themes that automatically and indiscriminately create drafts on all custom post types. By default we turn off drafts which is why you could not access them on the back end. I’m surprised you were able to see them on the front-end – thanks for letting us know that.
