Getting started ¿confusing?

I am using “Event tickets” the free version. I have installed a new WordPress with the plugin and I can’t get the tools to create the event. For example, the “Add new” it’s not listed.

Here is a screenshot of what I see with the recently installed plugin. I understand that the options to create the event are missing.
