Getting no background or css formating after selecting level | WordPress.org

If you go to
http://www.abovethefirehouse.com/membership-account/membership-levels/

select a level it will go to that level where you enter your info and when it goes there, there is no css formatting for to match the rest of the site. Its best to look at it then how to explain it.

oh good im glad im not the only one wheeew how about audio does the internal player work for you?

i only have the issue with the subscription pages breaking down the just like yours and i see no answer anywhere to this issue! btw this started a few weeks ago when there were updates to my theme and the pmpro before that it was working ok-ish
