Hi there,
Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really do appreciate your time.
We currently store all user related data on your local server, where your WordPress installation is based. Additionally, we have a high speed message relay server which handles sending data to the agent/user while storing the data at a slower speed.
This high speed relay server does not store any of the user data, as it acts a simple data transfer system. With regards to the local data which is stored on your own servers, we are aware that some of the data stored will not meet the GDPR compliance guidelines.
However we will be fully GDPR compliant by mid April as we are currently assessing what changes need to be made. We will then be moving forward with adding the needed changes to ensure we do meet all the guidelines set.
I hope this helps?
I’m marking this as resolved as we have put this on our TO DO list for this to be done before May 2018.
Was GDPR fixed?
Thanks you
