    Hi!

    I am sorry we don’t have a pre-chat survey to collect this data.

    At the moment you can collect the user name and email only from
    the “we are offline” form.

    Hi!

    There are no plans for that feature at the moment:
    the reason is that Flyzoo is a community chat system
    so we are mainly focused on that kind of features!

    We might add that in the future of course, but I can’t
    tell you an exact release date now… stay tuned 🙂
