    Hi there,
    please, one client have a problem with your great portfolio gallery – can you help us?

    I can’t find reason why gallery not show :/

    May we kindly ask you to change your current theme to one of WordPress default themes for a few seconds only for checking if the issue is theme related or not?

    We are really sorry but we wouldn’t like you to share your login information publicly or anyhow else. We will be glad to resolve the issue here, in the WordPress forum thread because it will help you and other users to find the solution for the similar issue in the future.

    Thus, after some investigations we have found that you are using our Lightbox plugin, is that right? If yes, please, try to deactivate it and check if the same issue exists or not.

    Dear EjsI,

    Thanks for your feedback.
    We have tested the all possible combinations of free and pro versions of Portfolio Gallery plugin and the Lightbox plugin. However, the problem didn’t appear at our end. This means that the lightbox has a conflict with another component on your website.
    Could you activate it and we will check the errors arisen with an activated plugin?

    I don’t know, how check the errors, but if Lightbox activated, Chrome write this error:

    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).lightbox is not a function
    at custom.js:141
    at dispatch (jquery.js:3)
    at r.handle (jquery.js:3)

    Help this information?

    Hi there,
    we use your plugin Huge IT Lightbox on other sites, e.g. http://www.donniebrasco.cz and there again not function. Image with url to media file -> click -> website freeze… :/

    But now we deactivated and install some other lightbox plugin…

    Please be kindly informed that the issue may be a theme or plugin related conflict because according to your instructions you have set up everything correctly.

    We completely understand why you decided to delete the plugin but in the case, if you are willing us to help you, we will be glad to do that.
