GA not tracking sales

    Hi,

    We have recently installed your plugin and it seems to be tracking everything up until the sale but won’t track this

    We have tried multiple tests and they haven’t pulled through, the link is https://plasticpalletsuk.co.uk

    Please could you help?

    Hi Jess,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that our plugin is working well till checkout page. However, we are unable to test the “Thank you” page on your store due to the payment methods.

    We request you to share view level access of your analytics account at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com so we can troubleshoot the issue & help you to resolve the same.

    Additionally, check if you have auto return configured in your payment gateway settings. If a user completes the transaction via a 3rd party payment gateway and is not redirected back to your store’s thank you page, our plugin will not be able to send the transaction data.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response.

    We have given you view access to the analytics account

    The payment method is with stripe then the user is taken to a thank you page on site; https://plasticpalletsuk.co.uk/checkout/order-received/

    Any help would be much appreciated.
