    Hi there!

    We have a problem, so I hope that you can help us to resolve it. We are not receiving any data in google analytics dashboard from your plugin. We have installed everything and followed your documentation, but still nothing. Can you please check and help us with this?

    Thank you for helping us with the URL shared by the use!

    @mathvw,

    We did a quick look of your store & found the following outcomes:

    1. You haven’t enabled “Add Global site Tracking Code” option from our plugin. We are using gtag.js so you need to enable it from your it.

    2. Child theme detected on your store & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your help.

    1. I haven’t enabled it because I’m pushing my GA tag via GTM. Should I pause my tag in GTM and then enable the tag via your plugin?
    2. We are indeed using a theme for our website (Avada) but not specifically for our e-shop section. Can you tell me which child theme have you identified on our e-shop please?

    Hi Mathieu,

    1. Yes, you should pause the tag in GTM because we are using new GA tracking method “gtag.js“. Find the reason in the FAQs of our plugin

    2. We have found an Avada Child theme on the store.
