    Hi skirunman,

    Currently the arguments for opt_configObject are dependent on the other settings in the plugin for this; currently we support options for cookie_domain and allow_linker. I’ll see if it makes sense for us to default to auto if these options aren’t being set. Thanks!

    hi guys, happy new year.

    i have the same issue. if i set mydomain.ext (without www) as a default domain in the analytics property, i receive an error alert from google, because of the missing ‘auto’ part.

    I tried to see if i could just ignore the alert, keeping the code generated by aioseop, but i noticed hits were no more tracked.

    By now i turned off aioseop tracking, and put analytics code by myself in the <head>.

    HI Simone,

    You should ONLY add your domain if you want to replace Auto with your domain. If you want Auto to appear then don’t add your domain. This is documented in Google Analytics documentation here – https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/domains
