Yes i have deleted and re-installed the plugin and still can’t get the settings (appearance) tab to appear. i see only three tabs: general, messages, premium version. and no chat box is appearing on the frontend. just the backend big chat window that can chat with a client with. do you think it will work if i install the yith essential tool kit? is the live chat part of the tool kit? please help me find a solution to this.

the “appearance” does not belong to this version of plugin. This version is the same as included in the Essential Toolkit. wp_footer function () is present in your theme? Can you check in the frontend if there are any errors in the console of your browser?
ooh okay i had lots of services categories placed on the same page from the plugin our services showcase. i guess it was preventing the app from loading. i deactivated that plugin and the chat box of your plugin now loads. thanks.
By the way do you have yith live chat on iOS? So I can chat with clients from my phone?
