    Hello,

I am very new to WordPress and I am learing as I go. I was wondering if it is possible to use this with bbPress. I would like to have users sign up with Front- End Only Users and use that user name to post and have access to the forum. Currently if you create an account with Front- end Only User it will create the account but then if you go to the forum it wants you to log in. I did not like that users had access to the WP dashboard with the registration for bbPress which is why I would like to use Front-end Only User.

    Hi Ian,

It’s not possible to use our plugin with bbPress at this time, but it’s an excellent feature suggestion, thanks!

    Hello ,

I have a problem with this plugin (Front-end only Users), when i fill in the registration form as a new user, this user will not be registered with other users.

but with “Profile Builder” plugin, it works properly, but my problem with Profile builder (free version) is that the registration form doesn’t include a file-upload field, which i need to upload the CV of the user.

    please help me 🙂

    Hi new_member,

here are few questions for you to answer. It will help us understand and figure out where the problem lies.

    1) Have you made any changes in the editor of the plugin or left it as is?
    2) There are two ways of adding a user: is it through the dashboard->users and by adding user manually that it does not work, or is it when you go to your page, add the short-code [register] and register a new user?
    3) Are you getting an error on top of the page when you attempt to register? If so, what is printed?

    Regards,

    Etoile Web Design

    Hi Etoile Web Design,

I have added the new user with the registration form of that plugin(Front-end only Users) and it wasn’t registered with other users in dashboard->users.

Anyway i surpassed the problem and used another plugin “Pie-register” which i have no problems with until now.

Thank you so much for your help.

    Regards,

    new_member
