Free is good

Using the free for two sites now, works flawless. And I also like the Design.

One Question: How can I use the ticketing function for events? And do they also send tickets to my coustomers via automatic an automatic E-Mail and a QR Code or this this only available in the paid pro version. Do I need an extra App for the Ticketing QR Codes to work?
