Free Certificate Addon doesn’t work

    Hello, i download the free certificate addon, to add it to the plugin,i did follow all the steps to set it up, but it doesn’t work,user can’t still be able to download and see their certificate.
    please help, what i should do?

    Hey @politayy8

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! When you add the certificate variable to the results page, does the download link appear correctly? If you click on the download link, what happens? If you de-activate the addon and use the built-in certificate tab, does that work?
