    Hi. Have you thought about creating a forum on your site for the Pro version users? The support tickets are documentation are nice, but it might be a good way to keep paid vs. free users separate and also Pro users will be able to refer to a growing knowledge base that is specific to the Pro version. It would minimize unwanted cross-over traffic. Just an idea…

    Hi @wordmax,

    There is the support area where all sources of helpful information are listed. At the moment I’m delegating the PRO requests from this public wordpress forum to the email support. After a problem has been solved and is of public interest I’m extending the Knowledge Base.

    For now I’m fine with this approach. But thanks for the idea!
