Forms Stuck in Queue

Hi,
When trying to broadcast forms using the ThreeWP Broadcast plugin, the forms are stuck in the queue with a message to say it will retry in 10 seconds which repeats every 10 seconds with nothing actually being broadcast to other sites. Can you please help to resolve this issue?
