    Hi,

The forminator is not sending the submissions to the mentioned email address ‘consulted202@gmail.com’. The submissions are registered in the database in the website, but I am not receiving notification as well as the reply email is not being send.

    Please help.

    Best regards,
    Team ConsultEd

  • Hi @consulted

I hope you are doing good today.

    Could you:
    – check the spam folder and see does messages exist there
    – for the same form, set up an additional email and check that email box

Please let us know about the resutls.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,

    Thank you for your message.

Both of them are among the first things I checked before contacting you. Now I changed the default reply address (no reply@) to a valid email address, I don’t know if that is the reason but it started working again.

    Hi @consulted

Yes, it may be a reason. Some providers (hosting providers or e-mail providers) are restricting e-mail sending if there are some inconsistencies in headers. It’s particularly important if you are using STMP to send e-mails but it can also apply to regular mail() function (so default way of sending e-mails from WordPress).

It’s good to know that it’s working for you now!

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam,

The same issue is happening again. The registrations are not being delivered to the email address provided. I could see them in the forminator database but its not being sent to the email.

    Please help.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

This is the message I received on WP Mail SMTP: Mailer: SendGrid Maximum credits exceeded(Forminator). Is there a limit for the number of emails for forminator?

    Best regards,
    Govind

    Hi @consulted

    Thanks for response!

This isn’t really related to Forminator but to SendGrid that you are apparently using for e-mail sending on your site. The (Forminator) flag only means that it was Forminator plugin that the e-mail was coming from. But it could as well be any other message.

It basically means that your account at SendGrid is restricted to a limited number of e-mails that can be sent per day and that this limit has been reached. See “451” status code here:

    https://docs.sendgrid.com/for-developers/sending-email/smtp-errors-and-troubleshooting

I’m afraid this is something you’d need to sort out directly with SendGrid so the limit would be increased or lifted for you.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hello @consulted!

Hope you’re having a good day!

As there was no activity on this ticket for a bit, I’ll mark it as resolved for now.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reopen it and post here any time.

    Kind regards,
